Job summary

Red Bull Technology in Milton Keynes is seeking an Assembly Technician (Gearbox) to build, service and maintain race car gearbox assemblies to the highest standards, supporting a fast-paced Formula 1 operation.

Based at the Red Bull Technology HQ with some travel to race and test events, you’ll work across assembly areas, uphold quality and drive improvements while collaborating with a high-performing team. The role requires dexterity and a safety-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable mechanical assembly experience, with a high level of proficiency, dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and follow detailed assembly procedures accurately.
• Competent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and extended hours, to support business and event requirements.
• Ability to work safely, responsibly and professionally at all times.
• Demonstrates a willingness to learn, develop and broaden skills across a wide range of assembly activities.

• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support departmental key performance objectives.
