Job summary

Red Bull Technology is inviting applications for an Assembly Technician (Event Support) within the Assembly Group. Based at our HQ, you will build, service and maintain hydraulic race car systems while supporting trackside operations at events worldwide.

You will interpret engineering drawings, follow detailed procedures, and work with a high-performance team to meet tight deadlines, all while prioritising safety and continuous improvement. A rewarding package includes bonus and benefits.

Red Bull Technology has an exciting opportunity within the Assembly Group for an Assembly Technician (Event Support).

Responsibilities

• Build, service and maintain a wide range of hydraulic race car systems and associated mechanical assemblies, ensuring the highest standards of quality, reliability and performance.
• Primarily based at Red Bull Technology HQ, with worldwide travel to race and test events, supporting pre-event preparation, trackside operations and race team activities.
• Work collaboratively across all assembly areas to ensure delivery deadlines are achieved and operational efficiency is maximised.
• Demonstrate a positive, flexible and proactive approach in support of business and departmental objectives.
• Complete all assembly work with a high level of technical accuracy, taking ownership of workmanship, attention to detail and build quality.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support departmental key performance objectives.

Key Requirements

• Demonstrable mechanical assembly experience, with a high level of proficiency, dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and follow detailed assembly procedures accurately.
• Competent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and extended hours, to support business and event requirements.
• Ability to work safely, responsibly and professionally at all times.
• Demonstrates a willingness to learn, develop and broaden skills across a wide range of assembly activities.
