Job summary

Spirax Sarco in Cheltenham is seeking an Assembly Operator to weld, assemble, test and package products following standard procedures. You will contribute to quality, cost and timely delivery while adhering to EHS rules and company values.

You will work in a production environment, using basic computer skills and a willingness to learn and upskill. The role supports continuous improvement within Steam Thermal Solutions and offers a competitive package with benefits.

Role Overview

The Assembly Operator will weld, assemble, test and package products following standard operating procedures to meet quality, cost and time standards.

Your Objectives And Responsibilities Will Focus On…

• Understanding an complying with Company Environmental, Health and Safety practices (EHS), identifying areas for improvement and supporting related initiatives
• Promoting and improving work area through 5S activity
• Completing Quality System transactions and Production System Transactions
• Meeting on time delivery by organising yourself and colleagues to effectively complete plan
• Engage, suggesting and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and projects

• Working within a production environment
