• Working towards production targets while maintaining quality and safety.
• Working as part of a supportive and experienced production team

With more than 70 years of engineering expertise, our client is a global leader in engine-boosting turbo systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, professional manufacturing environment where you can build your skills, gain valuable experience and potentially secure long-term work.

Benefits

• £12.71 per hour, with a pay increase following successful completion of training.


• 37-hour working week - enjoy an early finish every Friday!


• Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm


• Friday: 8:00am - 1:00pm

What will you be doing? As an Assembly Operative, you'll play an important role in the production process, working on high-quality turbo systems. Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Assembling and disassembling turbochargers.


• Using hand tools such as drills and screwdrivers.


• Following technical drawings, work instructions and production processes.


• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet high standards.


• Rotating across different production areas, giving you the opportunity to develop a wider range of skills.


• Recording production information accurately.

We are looking for candidates who have previous assembly, manufacturing or production experience. You will ideally have:

• Experience using hand tools, such as drills and screwdrivers.

• A strong understanding of health and safety.
