Job summary

Interaction Recruitment PLC is recruiting for a Sub-Assembly Operative in Berinsfield. You will manufacture, assemble and test sub-assemblies, ensuring quality and timeliness in line with production schedules.

A hands-on, detail‑oriented approach is essential for accuracy and efficiency during busy shifts. The role offers a permanent contract with Monday to Friday hours in a manufacturing environment; no weekend work is required and teamwork is important to maintain flow and safety standards on

Qualifications

• An understanding of workshop hand tools and power tools.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• The ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• A reliable approach to work and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Experience reading technical drawings would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble sub-assemblies in line with production requirements.
• Carry out testing and inspection to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow work instructions, procedures and production schedules.
• Use workshop hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and organised workstation.

Sub-Assembly Operative

Location: Berinsfield
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm

Interaction Recruitment is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Sub-Assembly Operative to join a busy manufacturing team in Berinsfield.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a practical, hands-on approach who takes pride in their work and has a good eye for detail.

The Role

As a Sub-Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for the manufacture, assembly, testing and inspection of sub-assemblies, ensuring that all work is completed to the required quality standards and production schedules.
