Job summary

Workforce Staffing in Leamington Spa is seeking an Assembly Operative to join a busy manufacturing environment. You will perform component assembly to required specifications and carry out quality checks in a fast-paced production setting.

Ideal candidates have basic assembly or manufacturing experience, good attention to detail and reliable, punctual teamwork. Full training is provided and there is a long-term, friendly working environment with a Monday–Friday shift from 06:00 to 14:30.

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is desirable.
• Good attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
• Good practical and manual skills.

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
