The successful candidate will have experience in manufacturing or production, can read drawings, and is detail-focused with good communication skills.

Location: Leamington Spa

Contract: Ongoing

Hours: 37.5hpw, Rotating weekly shifts

Average Pay Rate: £14.52 per hour

We're recruiting Assembly Technicians to join a well‑established engineering business supplying high‑quality products to some of the world's most recognised automotive manufacturers. The role
As an Assembly Technician, you'll play an important role in the production process, ensuring components are assembled, tested and prepared to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:

Working Hours and Pay Rate:
This is a full‑time opportunity, 37.5 hrs working Monday - Friday working rotating weekly shifts and overtime as required.
Week 1: 06:00 - 14:00 Monday to Thursday and 06:00 - 12:10 on Friday - £13.20 p/h
Week 2: 14:00 - 22:00 Monday to Thursday and 12:10 - 18:20 on Friday - £15.84 p/h

As the shifts are weekly rotating, the pay rate averages out at £14.52 per hour
