• Using specialist crimping, insertion, and removal tools to assemble military-specification electrical connectors.
• Starting in a dedicated training school before progressing to your assigned department.

What potential Assembly Operatives should demonstrate:

• Proven dexterity skills—previous assembly or manufacturing experience is highly desirable, and must be evident in your CV.
