Job summary

A leading workforce solutions provider in the United Kingdom is seeking Assembly Operatives to work with a leading engine manufacturer. Responsibilities include engine assembly, quality checks, and use of tools. Candidates should have good teamwork and communication skills, with attention to detail valued. Experience is not necessary as full training is provided. Shifts are rotating Monday to Friday with pay rates from £13.66 to £18.17 per hour, plus additional benefits.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role and knowledge of engines is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.

  • Assembling of engines to meet the required volume and quality targets.
  • Following a clearly defined engine assembly process.
  • Completing visual quality checks.
  • Using handheld and power tools.
  • Adhere to PPE and Health and Safety requirements.
  • Completing tasks that require manual handling.
  • Working in a team or individually as required.

Assembly operatives are required to work with a world-leading engine manufacturer in Coleshill.

Location

Hams Hall - Coleshill

Rate of Pay
  • AM Shift £13.66 per hour
  • PM Shift £15.70 per hour
  • Nights £18.17 per hour

Please note that interviews will take place at our sister site in Kitts Green, Birmingham.
