Job description

The Company:

MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected company based in the Hartlepool area. MTrec are currently looking for proactive individuals who are looking for a long-term position.

MTrec are currently looking for people to start within the next 7 working days; please do not apply if you are unable to start work within that period.

The Role:

• Attend pre-shift team meetings, discuss workload and targets for the day ahead.
• Report any issues which may occur during the shift back to team leaders.
• Oversee a chemical process that involves feeding circuit boards through a series of baths and chemical washes.
• Monitor machinery to ensure smooth operation throughout the production process.
• Maintain quality control and adherence to safety standards.
• Work in an environment with strong chemical smells.
• Perform manual handling and heavy lifting duties, following the company's strict health and safety procedures.

The Person:

• Excellent attitude and attendance required in order to gain a permanent contract.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn more skills on the job.
• Confidence on the job and willingness to take on more responsibility if necessary.
• Someone with a can-do attitude.
• Must be flexible with shifts as you will be expected to work overtime.
• Experience in hygiene roles.

• 08:00am to 16:00pm.

Moving onto:

• 06:00am to 14:00pm / 14:00pm to 22:00pm.

The Pay:

• £12.21 on Day Shift.
• £13.16 on Back Shift.
