GEM Premium People are working in partnership with Husqvarna Group, a world-leading producer of outdoor power products, including chainsaws, trimmers, garden tractors, and the innovative Robotic Lawn Mower. Reporting directly to your Team Leader, as a Machine Operator, you will be a vital member of the production team.

Duties include:

  • Perform a wide range of inspection tasks, maintaining high quality and efficiency.
  • Follow standard operation guides while using air machinery.
  • Work in a production environment, involving long periods of standing and manual handling.
  • Work within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, aiming to exceed targets.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and adapt quickly to change.
  • Follow health and safety directives and standard operating procedures.
  • Quality check and label finished products.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties.
  • Ensure quality checking to a high standard.
  • Pack parts as required.

Additional Information

Location: Newton Aycliffe

Hours of work:

  • Monday – Thursday, 16:30 – 23:00
  • Friday, 14:30 – 21:30

Rates of pay: £11.44 per hour
