Job summary

Adecco is assisting in recruiting for an Assembler in Colchester. The role involves hands-on assembly of large engineered structures, following technical drawings to exact specifications, and final installation.

Working Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm, with overtime opportunities. You will join a small production team focused on quality and on-time builds with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble fabricated structures and components to required specifications and quality standards.

• Identify and resolve assembly issues as they arise.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.
• Keep work areas clean, organised, and efficient.
• Work collaboratively within a small production team to meet build schedules.

About the Role
