ADS Laser Cutting, a leading UK provider of metal fabrication, is seeking an Assembly Manager for its site in Leicester. You will oversee day-to-day assembly operations, plan workflows, manage schedules, and allocate resources to meet production targets and deadlines.

You will lead assembly teams and drive quality improvements while ensuring adherence to safety and environmental regulations. Join a family-run, ISO-certified facility with a focus on continuous improvement and teamwork.

Qualifications

Experience in production or assembly management in manufacturing, fabrication, or engineering.
Strong leadership, including team supervision and coaching.
Proven ability to plan and coordinate assembly workflows to meet quality, cost, and delivery goals.
Solid understanding of health and safety and environmental practices (ISO or similar).
