Job summary

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge and technical understanding of all aspects of Assembly.
• Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to optimise team performance and development.
• Formal education in an engineering or manufacturing discipline is expected, but achievements in world-class assembly facilities matter most.

Responsibilities

• Manage master production schedule and operations budgets to deliver products on cost, quality and on-time in full.
• Provide line management for a team with a direct report and coach, mentor, and develop staff.
• Lead continuous improvement using lean tools and coordinate DFA/DFM feedback with Design and Projects.
