Job summary

Cytiva in Cardiff, part of Danaher's life sciences family, seeks an Assembly Line Lead to coordinate and run the assembly lines on-site in our Chemistry and Biology department. You will ensure daily production targets are met and maintain high quality throughout the process.

The role requires attention to detail, prior lab or manufacturing experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will document records in line with GDP, uphold housekeeping, and raise safety concerns

Qualifications

• Attention to detail is essential for precise record-keeping and clean work areas.
• Experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment is required for this role.
• Familiarity with GDP (Good Documentation Practice) and safety standards is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assembly line, assembling and packing finished goods to meet daily production targets.
• Ensure all records are completed following GDP in a timely manner.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the working area and report any safety concerns.
• Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Apply prior lab/manufacturing experience to optimize processes.

The Assembly Line Lead for Cytiva is responsible for coordinating and running assembly lines. This position is part of the Chemistry and Biology department located in Cardiff and will be on-site.
