Job summary

Rubicon People Partnership is seeking a Solderer/Assembler in Salisbury. This role offers up to £13.50 per hour and full training to get you up to speed.

You will build precision electronic and mechanical assemblies, solder and wire components, and read technical diagrams to ensure quality. You’ll work standard hours with weekly pay and enjoy early finishes on Fridays in a stable, locally established environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in electronics, manufacturing or assembly environments is desirable.
• Ability to follow technical diagrams or written instructions.
• Comfortable with repetitive, detail-focused tasks.
• Good hand-to-eye coordination and a methodical approach.

Responsibilities

• Build electronic and mechanical assemblies to a high standard.
• Solder and wire components accurately.
