Job summary

Rubicon Recruitment is seeking a Solderer/Assembler in Salisbury, offering weekly pay and a clear, steady schedule. You’ll join a team producing precision electronic and mechanical assemblies, with full training provided to get you up to speed.

You should be comfortable following technical diagrams, using hand tools, and performing repetitive, detail-oriented work. Previous electronics/manufacturing experience is desirable.

• Previous experience in an electronics, manufacturing, or assembly environment (desirable).
• Ability to follow technical diagrams or written instructions.
• Comfortable with repetitive, detail-focused tasks.
