An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Associate to join a highly regarded national real estate team, acting for some of the UK's leading housebuilders, registered providers and local authorities. Manchester based / Hybrid working.

This role offers the chance to work on a wide range of residential development projects, supporting clients from acquisition and site set-up through to plot sales and post-completion matters. You'll join a collaborative and supportive team with a strong reputation in the residential development sector and access to high-quality work on a national scale.

The Role

You'll take responsibility for a varied caseload of residential development and plot sales matters, working on both leasehold and freehold schemes across England and Wales.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Setting up development sites for plot sales, including preparing sales packs and precedent documentation


• Drafting transfers, leases and shared ownership documentation for a variety of developments


• Advising on residential development schemes, including multi-phase and multi-tenure projects


• Supporting acquisition teams on title and development matters relevant to future sales


• Acting for private developers, registered providers and local authorities


• Providing ongoing support to dedicated sales and post-sales teams


• Working alongside specialist teams across real estate, litigation and energy


• Managing client relationships and delivering excellent client service


• Contributing to business development initiatives, client presentations and thought leadership activities

About You
