Job summary

Coca-Cola European Partners is seeking a Multiskilled ASRS Technician for Wakefield. The role supports 24/7 automated storage and retrieval systems in a high-throughput distribution centre, covering maintenance, repairs, and breakdown responses.

You will work in a four-shift team providing 24/7 coverage, reporting to the Distribution Reliability Manager, with focus on safe, efficient operation and continuous improvement of the ASRS.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge and experience working within both Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
• Ability to work at height – up to 100 ft.
• Experience in 3 phase electrical systems and mechanical drive systems.
• Previous record of Process Compliance and Fault-Finding experience on both Mechanical and Electrical equipment.
• Understanding of the input/output of programmable logic controllers (PLC).
• Awareness of PUWER / LOLER / LOTO.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain ASRS to ensure safe operation.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Complete electrical competency assessment and site familiarization.
• Use Central Maintenance Management System to record activities.
• Collaborate with local and external engineering teams.
• Promote operational excellence by sharing best practices.
• Provide technical assistance for product/equipment adjustments.
