Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. in Bristol is inviting applications for our 2027 Graduate Programme as a Graduate Urban Drainage Modeller.

You will support urban drainage and wastewater network modelling projects for major regulated water companies across the UK and Ireland, joining a growing, multi-disciplinary team. Working with senior modellers, you will develop, enhance and verify hydraulic models, contribute to drainage assessments, and help identify solutions that improve network

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or water-related field.
• Interest in specialising in the water industry and hydraulic modelling.
• Willingness to develop through mentoring and training toward chartership.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance and verify hydraulic models for urban drainage.
• Contribute to urban drainage assessments for storm overflow, flooding and growth.
• Use modelling outputs to identify and assess drainage solutions.
• Support projects for UK water companies and collaborate with regional teams.
• Develop technical capability in modelling software, GIS and water industry approaches.
