Qualifications

• Degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and submitting planning applications and supporting documents.
• Conduct planning policy research and review local and national guidance.
• Support preparation of planning statements, reports and technical documents.
• Liaise with local planning authorities, clients and project stakeholders.
• Monitor applications and keep clients updated on progress.
• Contribute to a range of development projects while gaining experience.
