Kettering Science Academy, part of Brooke Weston Trust, is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to deliver targeted interventions in English, Mathematics or Science. You will work with teachers to support students, build confidence and help learners make progress in a dynamic secondary school environment.

Qualifications

• Strong subject knowledge in English, Mathematics or Science.
• Enjoy working with young people and build positive, encouraging relationships.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver targeted academic interventions to individuals and small groups.
• Help students overcome gaps in knowledge and develop essential skills.
• Support curriculum leaders and teachers to evaluate impact of interventions.
• Develop reading fluency, comprehension, mathematics understanding or science concepts depending on subject.
• Contribute to a culture of high expectations and inclusive practice.
