KPI Education is recruiting a Graduate Unqualified Teacher for a high-achieving secondary school in Wembley. The role targets top-tier graduates to support learning across core subjects (English, Maths, Science) while building classroom practice ahead of teacher training.

This is a structured year-long experience with mentoring and progression opportunities. You will deliver lessons across KS3/KS4, run small-group interventions, help with planning and resources, and cover lessons as confidence

Qualifications

• Degree in English, Mathematics, or Science.
• 2:1 or above from a leading university.
• Genuine interest in pursuing a teaching career.
• Strong communication and confidence in academia.
• Resilience, adaptability and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of engaging KS3/KS4 lessons.
• Lead small-group interventions and targeted support.
• Assist with lesson planning and resource creation.
• Cover lessons and deliver pre-planned content.
• Provide mentoring and academic guidance to students.
