The Griffin Inn is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen alongside Head Chef Jakub. You will lead a hands-on team, crafting seasonal dishes with fresh ingredients and maintaining high standards throughout service.

Qualifications

• Experienced Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie ready to step up
• Passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients
• Hands-on leader who develops and motivates the team
• Strong organisational skills with GP, labour control and kitchen standards

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes
• Collaborate with Head Chef Jakub on menus and daily specials
• Ensure consistent portioning, costing, and GP targets are met
