Job summary

Eco2Solar is seeking a Trainee Solar PV Installer/Labourer based at Summerfield House with regular travel to project sites. Salary £25,000 - £30,000 FTE plus benefits, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Opportunity to gain practical skills and develop a career in renewable energy, with training and strong emphasis on safety and quality. You will work alongside experienced installers, preparing tools and materials, staying compliant with PPE and safety rules, and supporting the Lead Installer.

• Shows a positive attitude and willingness to learn the skills required to become a Solar PV Installer.
• Reliable and organised, able to follow instructions while supporting the installation team.
• Committed to health and safety and delivering quality workmanship.
• Team player with clear communication and adaptability on site.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation tasks under guidance of experienced installers.
• Support with tools, equipment and materials and keep work areas safe and organised.
• Follow company procedures and health and safety requirements on all sites.
• Travel to project sites as required and participate in training and competency checks.
