Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with SEND.
• Help students access lessons and engage with the curriculum.
• Support students to develop independence, confidence and resilience.
• Tailor support to individual needs in collaboration with teachers.
• Work closely with the SEND team to monitor progress.
• Assist with behaviour support and positive engagement throughout the day.
