Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a core academic subject.
• Passion for education and supporting young people.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience with young people is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 and small-group interventions.
• Support students with SEND (ASD, ADHD, dyslexia).
• Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons.
• Adapt learning resources to meet individual needs.
• Promote confidence, resilience and independent learning.
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
• Provide pastoral support and act as a positive role model.
• Collaborate with teachers, SEN staff and pastoral teams.
