Job summary

Reliance High-Tech is seeking a Trainee Small Works Installation Engineer to support installation projects across the South. You will learn to install small works solutions and work with the delivery team to ensure projects meet high standards and compliance.

You’ll develop skills in Access Control, CCTV, Intercom and Intruder systems while supporting with installation, commissioning and occasional maintenance, growing with the team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electronic security disciplines is advantageous.
• Excellent organisational skills and be a team player.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Previous experience installing CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Systems.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Install small works projects for customers based on the solution proposed by the delivery team.
• Work alongside Installation Engineer and Project Delivery Manager on delivery and ensure high standards and compliance.
• Be eager to learn and develop skills for end-to-end solutions for customers.
• Provide second line engineering support on Access Control, CCTV, Intercom and Intruder Alarms: design, installation, commissioning and maintenance.
• Maintain effective relationships with client stakeholders and other parties to support profitable contracts.
