Job summary

Edex Westminster is seeking an energetic Secondary Teaching Assistant - Unqualified to join their team. You will support students with learning difficulties, working closely with teachers to deliver lessons and monitor progress.

You will provide pastoral care, assist with resources, and help create an inclusive classroom. Ongoing training opportunities are available in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with learning difficulties or disabilities.
• Ability to work with teachers to plan and deliver lessons.
• Strong communication with students, parents and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Support students one-to-one or in small groups.
• Assist with accessing the curriculum for students with disabilities.
• Help teachers plan and deliver inclusive lessons.
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to teachers.
• Provide pastoral care and emotional support to students.
• Assist with administrative tasks and resource preparation.
