Job summary

Aspire People is seeking a caring and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a Westminster school. This role focuses on providing high-quality classroom support to help pupils build confidence and independence in a positive learning environment.

You will work closely with teachers and support staff, delivering engaging lessons, supporting one-to-one and small groups, and assisting pupils with additional educational needs while promoting inclusive, safe learning.

Qualifications
