Winner Education is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support students across Key Stages 3 and 4 in Erdington. The role involves assisting teachers with engaging lessons, providing one-to-one and small group support, and helping maintain a positive learning environment within a supportive secondary school context.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in UK secondary schools, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to behaviour management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a UK secondary school.
• Passion for supporting young people in their education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent behaviour management and ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects.
• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students where required.
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
• Encourage student engagement, confidence, and independence.
• Assist with classroom management and behaviour support.
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff and the wider school team.
