Responsibilities

• Support students across KS3 and KS4 lessons.
• Work with experienced teachers and support staff.
• Deliver small-group and 1:1 interventions.
• Assist with classroom management and behaviour support.
• Help students stay engaged and make progress.
• Support SEND, SEMH, and additional needs.
