Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons and keep pupils engaged in learning.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff.
• Support classroom management and promote positive behaviour.
• Adapt approach to support pupils with different abilities and needs.
• Help create a safe, inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
• Work with teachers and support staff to help pupils make progress.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety and behaviour policies.
• Provide basic feedback to teaching staff on lesson progress.
