Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people through education, tutoring, mentoring, youth work, or a similar environment.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with primary-aged pupils.
• Comfortable leading groups and taking responsibility for a classroom.
• A calm, patient, professional, and adaptable approach.
• Strong organisation, reliability, and resilience.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Responsibilities

• You will teach and support pupils across the primary curriculum, working alongside experienced teachers and school leaders.
• Develop your skills in lesson delivery, classroom management, pupil engagement, and supporting children's progress.
• Lead groups and maintain a purposeful learning environment.
• Contribute to safeguarding and pupil welfare as part of the school team.
