You will deliver engaging lessons, manage classes, and adapt to different school environments. Applicants should have QTS or equivalent, UK teaching experience, and a professional, reliable approach.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in UK primary or secondary schools.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work across Lincoln schools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned or prepared lessons across Lincoln schools.
• Manage classroom behaviour according to school policies.
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for pupils.
• Adapt to routines and expectations of different schools.
• Provide feedback to schools regarding lesson delivery and student progress.
• Supervise students and maintain classroom order.
• For longer-term roles, assist with planning and assessment duties.
