• Be accountable for the standards attained by all students within your lessons and set high standards of expectations in class
• Plan and apply strategies/interventions for rapid progress and run extra-curricular opportunities for students
• Be able to motivate students and achieve excellent results, showing excellent organisational and ICT skills
• Have an awareness of effective assessment and use of data to track student progress
• Have the capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team and of course have a passion for the subject and an ability to share this.
