Job summary

SSA Recruitment is seeking an M&E Estimator for a leading international engineering contractor in Greater London. You will join a growing estimating team, preparing accurate estimates across Mechanical & Electrical works while collaborating with commercial, construction, and project teams.

This role offers a clear path to Senior Estimator within a short timeframe. Applicants should have M&E estimating experience, know installation methods, materials and specs, and be able to price tenders and

Qualifications

M&E estimating experience and knowledge of systems, installation methods, materials, and specifications.
Ability to prepare take-offs, price tenders, and assess supplier and subcontractor quotes.
Understanding of costs, commercial risks, margins, and profitability.
Strong communication and organisation skills to deliver accurate estimates on time.
Relevant engineering, building services, or quantity surveying qualification, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate and competitive estimates across Mechanical & Electrical works.
