Job summary

Wilde Thyme, a leading luxury catering provider in the UK, seeks a Client Experience Member to support planning and on-site delivery of high-end events. You will work under direction from the Lead Client Experience Planner, developing knowledge across client management and operational delivery while travelling to venues.

The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends, a valid UK driving licence, and a genuine passion for creating exceptional client experiences within a prestige events

Qualifications

• Previous experience in events, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent organisational skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Willing to travel to multiple venues and work evenings/weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of events.
• Assist with preparation of proposals and event documentation.
• Build relationships with clients, venues and suppliers throughout the planning process.
• Attend client meetings, tastings and site visits where required.
• Assist with operational planning of events, including staffing, equipment and suppliers.
• Maintain event sheets and ensure accurate information is communicated to departments.
• Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Brief casual and full-time staff prior to events.
• Support larger events under supervision.
• Ensure venue rules and company procedures are followed at all times.
• Help deliver events on site with high service standards.
• Assist with post-event administration and reviews.
