Qualifications

• Experience of dealing with the public in a customer service or customer-facing role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers, businesses, colleagues, and partners, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to organise, prioritise, and manage workloads accurately while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist Licensing Officers with compliance checks, inspections, investigations, and audits.
• Support preparation of evidence, case files, and licensing documentation.
• Provide high-quality customer service by responding to enquiries and offering guidance to businesses and the public.
• Maintain accurate records and update Council systems in line with data protection.
• Complete Level 4 Regulatory Compliance Officer Apprenticeship and related licensing qualifications.
