Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with pupils and staff
• Supporting students with SEND, SEMH, autism and additional learning needs
• Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and behaviour management
• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis
• Helping pupils with literacy, numeracy and emotional regulation
• Creating a positive, inclusive learning environment
