Job summary

Quilter Cheviot in the UK is seeking an ambitious Investment Administrator/Trainee Investment Manager to join the Investment Management department in Leicester (Hybrid). You will work alongside experienced Investment Managers, gain hands‑on exposure to portfolio construction, client reviews and wealth management, and take on increasing responsibility over time.

We offer full training, support for industry qualifications, and a clear path toward becoming an Investment Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Investment Administrator or Trainee Investment Manager role is preferred but not essential.
• Proactive and ownership driven with a focus on delivering client outcomes.
• Curiosity about financial markets, economics and investments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client reviews and investment proposals.
• Assist with portfolio management, rebalancing and liquidity for income payments.
• Draft suitability letters and maintain affirmations.
• Support in client servicing and relationship management.
