Quilter plc, a leading UK wealth manager, is seeking an Investment Administrator to support two Investment Managers in Birmingham on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will handle client administration, suitability checks, CRM data maintenance, and reports, while contributing to a smooth client journey.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, a collaborative mindset, and the willingness to learn and develop professionally within a hybrid working arrangement.

Qualifications

• Good Microsoft Office skills and willingness to learn new tools.
• Open and inquisitive mindset with attention to accuracy and data quality.
• Operational knowledge of interdepartmental processes and strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist Investment Managers with administrative tasks and client support.
• Prepare fact finds, suitability checks, and client correspondence.
• Maintain Know Your Client data and CRM records.
• Process client payments, ISA subscriptions, and account changes.
• Prepare reports, investment proposals, and boardroom logistics.
• Answer queries from clients and intermediaries, take messages.
