Job summary

Clark James Recruitment presents an opportunity for a Trainee Financial Adviser to join a London wealth management team. You will support a Senior Wealth Manager, attend client meetings, run calculations, and help prepare submissions as you work toward becoming a fully qualified Wealth Manager with robust training and development.

The role emphasises strong organisation, proactive communication, and the ability to multi-task within a demanding advisory environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Wealth Management or regulated Financial Services.
• Holds the CII diploma or is working towards RO exams.
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings with Wealth Managers.
• Manage action points from client meetings.
• Prepare post-approval suitability letters and electronic submissions.
• Carry out yield and pension calculations.
• Manage client pipeline and respond to inquiries.
• Utilise FE Analytics and prepare Voyant reports.
• Prepare illustrations and electronic submissions using Blue‑door software.
• Coordinate workflow through Asana and business trackers.
