KPI EDUCATION is seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant for an Outstanding all-through school in Hindhead, Surrey. This full-time role offers either a one-year fixed-term contract or a permanent position with a weekly salary of £550–£575.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom support across a range of subjects and key stages.
• Deliver targeted one-to-one and small-group interventions.
• Support pupils with varying learning needs and abilities.
• Assist students in developing literacy, numeracy, and study skills.
• Help create an engaging, inclusive learning environment.
• Work with teachers to prepare resources and support lesson delivery.
• Support students socially, emotionally, and academically.
• Encourage pupil participation, confidence, and independence.
• Contribute to pastoral and wellbeing provision.
