Teaching Personnel are seeking enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECT) to start their teaching careers across Exmouth and the surrounding Devon area. This ASAP start offers flexible and full-time opportunities to gain hands-on classroom experience in multiple schools.

As an ECT, you'll work with a supportive local consultant, access a wide range of teaching assignments, and develop behaviour management and classroom practice toward longer-term roles.

Qualifications

• ECTs starting teaching careers with appropriate training in place.
• Experience across different year groups is helpful.
• Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across primary year groups as needed.
