Job summary

Twizzle Tops Wat Tyler in Basildon is seeking an Unqualified Early Years Educator to join our nursery team on a full-time basis. You will deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS, supporting children’s learning through play and creating a warm, safe environment.

You will work with the Room Leader and Nursery Manager, be part of a supportive team, and have the opportunity to progress through our in-house apprenticeship scheme to gain a formal qualification.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of EYFS framework is desirable.
• Willingness to learn and grow through in-house apprenticeship.
• Ability to deliver high-quality care and education in a nursery setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and education aligned with EYFS.
• Support children's learning through play-based, child-led activities.
• Observe, assess and plan for each child’s next steps in learning.
• Maintain safeguarding, health and safety, and welfare standards.
