Twizzle Tops Ipswich is seeking an Unqualified Early Years Educator to join our nursery team in Ipswich. We offer funded places and an in-house apprenticeship scheme to help you qualify while you work, delivering high-quality care and education in line with EYFS.

You will work closely with your Room Leader and Nursery Manager, supporting children’s learning through play-based experiences and contributing to a positive team culture with safeguarding and welfare at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Experience working in an Early Years setting is beneficial.
• A caring, reliable and professional approach to working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
• Support children’s learning through play-based, child-led experiences.
• Observe, assess and plan for children’s next steps in learning.
• Uphold safeguarding, health and safety, and welfare requirements at all times.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to a well-organised learning environment.
