Job summary

Twizzle Tops Southchurch in Southend-on-Sea is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our nursery team on a full-time basis. You will deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework, support children's learning through play, and work closely with the Room Leader and Nursery Manager.

The role involves safeguarding, recording observations, planning next steps, and contributing to a warm, inclusive environment for every child and family.

Qualifications

• Hold Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Early Years setting.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
• Support children’s learning through play-based, child-led activities.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Observe, assess and plan for children’s next steps in learning.
