This permanent role offers £31,000 per annum, complimentary meals on shift, staff discounts, accommodation, tips, and a wellness programme.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred).
• High standards of food preparation, presentation, and cleanliness.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and HACCP procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, including washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables, meat, and fish.
• Assist with cooking and plating dishes to company standards.
• Follow recipes and instructions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and workstations.
• Receive, organise, and rotate stock using FIFO procedures.
• Help monitor stock levels and minimise food waste.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and allergen procedures.
