Pennyhill Park, a luxury hotel and spa in Bagshot, Surrey, is seeking a Commis Chef to join either the Latymer Kitchen or the Conference and Banqueting brigade. You will contribute to Michelin-standard dishes and luxury dining experiences, collaborating with a passionate team.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipe standards and maintain consistency in every dish.
• Keep hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards at the highest level.
• Monitor the quality of ingredients and finished dishes.
• Adapt to catering requirements for guests, dining experiences, and hotel events.
• Relay feedback from guests and team members to senior chefs.
• Support preparation for Michelin-standard dishes and luxury dining experiences.
